Shipping Method & Price
We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipping.
For shipping to the fifty states: $5.00
For international shipping: $15.00
Above prices for a single standard Priority Mail Envelope. These envelopes hold six Mouse Rugs or four packs of Coaster Rugs. You will be contacted if your order requires additional shipping costs.
Sales tax is added to your total for Massachusetts residents only.
topShipping Time
Shipping times start when your order leaves our warehouse on its way to your door. We calculate the length of time for delivery based on business days, which of course exclude weekend days and holidays. UPS does not pick up shipments from us on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
topOrder Processing Time
We will make every effort to process your order within 24-48 hours. So to approximate when your order should arrive, take the average number of business days your shipping option requires, plus the 24-48 hour processing time, less any holidays or weekends. If you haven't received your order in 10 business days, please contact us.

topReturn Policy
We will accept returns as long as the merchandise is in condition to be sold again as new. You will receive full credit minus any shipping charges.
